Run History

Run History lists completed audit runs that are not in trash. You can load, rename, pin, unpin, or move any run to trash from this view.

View Your Audit Runs

Run History displays a table with:

  • Run name — the name you assigned when pinning or renaming the run.
  • Audit type — Custom Fields or Spaces.
  • Completed — the date and time when the audit finished.
  • Run by — the account that ran the audit, with avatar when available.
  • Actions — buttons to load, rename, pin/unpin, and trash the run.

Runs appear in reverse chronological order (newest first) by default.

Filter Your Audits

Use the filter toolbar to find runs:

Find: Type in the search box to filter runs by run name or metadata.

Audit type: Select a specific type to show only Custom Fields or Spaces audits, or select "All audit types" to see both.

Pinned toggle: Click the toggle to show only pinned runs for quick access to your key audits.

You can combine filters. Click Reset to clear all active filters.

Pagination

When Audit Library contains many runs, they display in pages of 25, 50, or 100 rows. Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate. The count shows how many total runs match your active filters.

Load a Run

Loading a run opens the matching audit area and displays the stored result from that point in time. It does not rerun the audit.

To load a run:

  1. Find the run in Run History.
  2. Click the Load icon (eye symbol) in the Actions column.
  3. The app switches to the corresponding audit area (Custom Fields or Spaces) and displays the loaded run's results.

When a same-type audit is running, the Load button is disabled for that audit type to prevent interrupting the active job.

Rename a Run

You can give any run a descriptive name. Names help you document why a run matters — for example, "Q4 cleanup review" or "Pre-migration baseline".

To rename a run:

  1. Find the run in Run History.
  2. Click the Rename icon (highlight symbol) in the Actions column.
  3. A modal appears with the run name field.
  4. Enter a new name (up to 255 characters). Whitespace is normalized.
  5. Click Rename to save.

The new name appears in Run History and persists even if you move the run to trash and restore it later.
