Audit Library Overview
Audit Library is where you review completed audit runs, organize your audits, and manage your audit history.
What You Can Do
Audit Library lets you:
- Review past audits — Load any completed audit run to see results from a specific point in time without rerunning the audit.
- Organize audits — Rename runs with descriptive names, and pin important audits to mark them as key references or checkpoints.
- Manage your history — Search and filter to find specific runs, and move outdated audits to trash.
- Restore or delete — Recover trashed audits within 60 days, or permanently delete them immediately if needed.
Supported Audit Types
Audit Library stores and displays completed runs for:
| Audit type | What's included |
|---|---|
| Custom Fields | Field usage analysis, governance data, and cleanup review decisions. |
| Spaces | Space inventory, activity levels, feature configuration, and governance findings. |
Key Behaviors
- Loaded runs reflect a point in time. Loading a run from Audit Library displays the stored result without refreshing data from Jira. This lets you compare or review audit evidence from specific dates.
- Trashed runs are hidden but recoverable. Moving a run to trash removes it from normal Audit Library listing and latest-run selection. You can restore it anytime within 60 days. After 60 days, the system automatically deletes trashed runs.
- Pinned runs provide quick access. Pin important audits to mark them as governance references, migration baselines, or compliance records. Use the Pinned filter to see only pinned runs at a glance.
