Trust

A concise overview of how Audit 360 apps handle data on Atlassian Forge.

Overview

Audit 360 apps are designed to help administrators review Atlassian configuration, understand dependencies, and support governance workflows. The trust posture focuses on read-only audit workflows, summarized audit results, and clear customer review before configuration changes.

Hosting and App Platform

Audit 360 for Jira and Audit 360 for Confluence both run on Atlassian Forge and are aligned with the Runs on Atlassian hosting model.

Security

Both apps rely on Atlassian Forge platform controls for hosted app execution. No customer credentials or secrets are stored by either app.

Data Handling

Audit 360 apps are designed to store summarized audit results and run metadata — not raw credentials, secrets, or raw Atlassian API payloads.

For Audit 360 for Jira details, see Data Handling and Security.

For Audit 360 for Confluence details, see Data Handling and Security.

For privacy details across all Audit 360 apps, see the Privacy Policy.

Read-Only Audit Posture

All audit workflows are designed for review and evidence, not automatic configuration changes. Audit results are advisory and must be reviewed by administrators before any Jira or Confluence configuration decision.

Support

Support is available through the A360A support portal.
