Installation
Audit 360 for Confluence is installed from the Atlassian Marketplace by a Confluence Administrator.
Before you begin
You need:
- Confluence Cloud administrator access (Confluence Administrator permission). Confluence Data Center and Server are not supported.
- Permission to install Marketplace apps on the target Atlassian site.
- Permission to approve the app permissions shown during installation.
- An Atlassian Marketplace trial or paid subscription.
Install from Atlassian Marketplace
- Go to Atlassian Marketplace.
- Search for Audit 360 for Confluence.
- Open the app listing.
- Select Try it free.
- Select the Atlassian site where the app should be installed.
- Review the app details, edition, and connected Atlassian product.
- Review the requested permissions.
- Approve the installation.
- Wait for the installation to complete.
- Open Confluence Settings and locate Audit 360 for Confluence.
Start your trial
Audit 360 for Confluence is a paid Marketplace app and may offer trials based on Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. If a trial is available, select Try it free from the Marketplace listing and follow the Marketplace prompts.
After installation
After the app is installed:
- Open Confluence.
- Go to Confluence Settings → Apps.
- Open Audit 360 for Confluence.
- Start with the Spaces Audit module.
- Run your first audit from Spaces Audit → Audit Overview.
Permissions
During installation, Atlassian shows the permissions requested by the app. These permissions allow Audit 360 for Confluence to read Confluence content and configuration metadata required for audit workflows.

Troubleshooting installation
If the app cannot be installed:
- Confirm you have Confluence Administrator permissions.
- Confirm Marketplace apps are allowed for the site.
- Confirm the target Confluence site has the required product access configuration.
- Retry installation from the Marketplace listing.
- Contact A360A support if installation still fails.
