Navigation
Audit 360 for Confluence is accessed from Confluence Settings → Apps → Audit 360 for Confluence. The "Confluence Administrator" permission is required.
Top navigation
The app opens to the landing page. The top navigation bar gives direct access to each module:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Audit Library | View and manage all completed audit runs. |
| Spaces Audit | Run and view the Spaces Audit. |
| Permission Audit | Run and view the Permission Audit. |
| Content Audit | Configure keywords and run the Content Audit. |
The home icon at the far right returns to the landing page.
Landing page
The landing page shows summary cards for each audit module with last-run metadata. Click a card to go directly to that module's results.
Running an audit
Each audit module has a Run New Audit button in its Overview screen. Audits run in the background — you can navigate away and return. If a job is active when you return, the progress screen is shown instead of the results.
Loading prior results
Any completed audit run is saved to the Audit Library. Select Audit Library in the top navigation, then click the eye icon on any run to reload its results without rerunning the audit.
