Audit Library
The Audit Library lists all completed audit runs for your Confluence site. Use it to load prior results without rerunning an audit, pin important runs for reference, and manage run history.
What's in the library
Each entry shows:
- Audit type (Spaces, Permissions, Content)
- Run date and duration
- Status (completed, failed)
- Whether the run is pinned
Loading a prior run
Select any completed run to load its results. Results are displayed in the same view as a live audit run, allowing you to review findings from a specific point in time.
Pinning runs
Pin a run to mark it for retention. Pinned runs are excluded from automated 60-day purge. Use pinning for audit runs that serve as compliance evidence.
Deleting runs
Runs can be soft-deleted from the library. Soft-deleted runs move to a trash state and are purged after the retention period.
